Hyatt Place San Juan

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a lovely area, near to Old San Juan or the mall, the port and the casino. The property staff was wonderful and lovely. The room met needs, perfect with beautiful view.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from Old San Juan and the terminal and beach. The check out is late.

The hotel was fairly clean and stunningly beautiful, loved the exceptionally comfortable beds. My room included climate control, a safe and a fridge. The lobby was pretty with supper friendly staff.

It's fairly clean hotel, food and drinks are excellent. Nothing too much trouble, I 100% recommend this place and would have stayed for longer.

The hotel is accommodating and clean, the staff are pleasant, location is great close to everything.

The staff was courteous, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city very close to the city center, Old San Juan or the mall and the port. Pool area was perfect for breakfast.

Everything was very good from the great service to the good food. It was clean, attractive room. Pool was clean too. The hotel had a central location close to the port.

It was an appealing hotel with bright rooms and genuine staff. Efficient business setting of the venue. Also, district was max 10 minutes walk to. The pool bar was amazing and the drinks were refreshing.

It was a really really nice time staying at this excellent modern hotel. Rooms were extremely spacious, staff was lovely, breakfast was large. The venue was right by the heart of the San Juan. Staff provided personalized service and helped us with parking.

unbelievable location, fast staff, beds were soft. the hotel was minute walk from san juan downtown. the beach nearby was fantastic and the view was good. heated pool area too.

The place was family oriented and rooms here were silent. For guest safety rooms include smoke detectors. Good choice of food items served for complimentary breakfast. Overall the service was outstanding.

It's an absolutely perfect and extra clean hotel, rooms are fab. So beautiful location close to highway i would commute on to vega baja daily. It has outdoor bar, serving bottled drinks.

Private parking & accommodating staff. There's Incendium Tapas et Vina located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the hotel, I recommend to try food there. Moreover, I parked my car on site🙂👌

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. The restaurant staff took care of me. Buffet breakfast catered for guests. I will choose it for sure for next trip, if traveling to San Juan.
